A Program Built on Integrity, Inspiration, and Leadership

Yoga is, like the universe, vast and ever-expanding. There is not just one way to “do" yoga. Yoga is not just a type of exercise we fit in once a day, to cross off a list. It is a field of infinite knowledge.

Our Yoga Alliance Certified 200 Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training program is designed to reflect exactly that: to show you the many doors of the yoga-world. Once you’re finished with the program, you’ll have significant clarity regarding which door you’d like to open next.

You're probably searching other online teacher training yoga programs right now- which is great!

What makes Ohana's 200-hour program so different?

Ohana's 200-hour Online Yoga Teacher Training program is Yoga Alliance Certified, distinguished, highly intentional and led by two women who whole-heartedly believe in the lifetime practice. We are not here just to talk the talk, but to also walk the walk.

There is a creative spark inside each of us, waiting to be inspired. This online yoga teacher training program is designed to stir what inspires you uniquely. As the program illuminates the many doors of the yoga practice, you will get to know what interests you most. Through this self-exploration, you are able to step closer to your purpose and what gives you meaning.

Leadership is so much more than standing in front of others and sharing your vision. Leadership is the embodiment of energy through example. We believe yoga is more than just a physical practice, but a conscious-forward lifestyle that allows you to access your deeper layers of awareness through the direct experience of doing it and feeling it — every. single. day.

We’ve planned incredible industry collaborations that give us goosebumps just to think about and the leads who are a part of this program are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and are truly living out their passion.

While this training is completely accessible for anyone with active curiosity, those who have personal experiences with the practice of yoga (meditation and/or a physical practice) will have a stable foundation from which to learn. We encourage you to dive into any conscious content (blogs, social media accounts curated with intentionality, books, online yoga classes, etc) before training begins to create an open heart and open mind.

We'll meet for our live virtual classroom sessions on Zoom Mondays + Wednesdays from 6:30-9:30 PM MST from October 19 - December 12, 2020.

All live sessions facilitated in real-time are mandatory. However, we understand that life happens. We will also record the Zoom meetings and make them available thereafter. Yes! Your Ohana leads are available by email to schedule individual time to connect to help support the journey and your yoga training experience.

You'll want to keep nearby along with your laptop, a great internet connection, and access to our Google Classroom and Zoom meetings. (You'll get links for all those!) Is the payment refundable?

We will not issue any refunds due to the inherent value of education contained within this course, no exceptions. However, you may join our next round of Ohana Yoga Online 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training for free.
