Our Yoga Flow classes are rooted in the Vinyasa lineage, meaning you’ll experience a powerful relationship between the flow of your breath and movement. Here’s how it works. Every day, we teach Yoga + Barre classes in our studio. And it doesn’t matter if you’re across the country — you can join in too because of our Livestream technology! Our Livestream classes are a unique way to bring our studio into your home.

Set your home practice up for success.
There is an art to a strong and regular home practice. When you take your Yoga + Barre classes at home, there are a few tips you can try to enhance your experience.
Make space for it.
It doesn’t matter how big or small, but find a designated part of your home (or temporary home, like a hotel room) where you practice.
Set the tone.
If you’re taking a relaxing class, light some candles or incense. Surround yourself with your favorite objects, like crystals or mala beads.
Dream up some goals.
How often will you practice? What yoga posture are you working toward? How can you improve your Barre alignment? Setting goals helps you get back on the mat.
Support your home practice with equipment.
Having the right equipment, like blocks for yoga or weights for Barre — makes a huge difference in enjoying your practice. The hardest part is getting on the mat — but your props make that worlds easier.
