30-Hour Kriya Immersion Weekend
in Denver, CO
Take your classes and your practice to the next level.
Kriya is a Sanskrit word that means “evolutionary right action.” On the level of practice, kriyas are techniques that support our unique path of growth. Utilizing mantra, mudra, movement, sound, breathwork, and beyond, kriya techniques help us clear obstacles, find center, and expand into our potential.
The Kriya Immersion Weekend is an introductory training for certified yoga teachers. In this training, you will be initiated into an intentional set of Himalayan kriya techniques for your own personal practice and to teach in your classes.
The Power of Kriya Yoga
The overarching idea of this training is that yoga is an integrated practice. It is a sophisticated science of living that goes far beyond the postures (asana) that we associate with yoga here in the West. When we start to practice the other areas of the yoga practice beyond asana, the benefits of the practice multiply. We start to experience the unity of yoga as a lifestyle, a state of being, beyond what happens on the mat.
Kriya Yoga is a powerful and ancient lineage that has reached our modern world through many different expressions, teachers, and channels. In all forms, kriyas are incredibly transformative. They have the potential to create energetic shifts, to release deep patterns and conditioning, to heal the body and mind, and to invoke deep spiritual experience.
