Lifting heavy creates muscle hypertrophy, which is critical as we get older and wiser. At 'Ohana, we offer a variety of heavyweight classes to support this aspect of your integrated well-being. Through intelligent sequencing and expert guidance, you'll learn to work with dumbbells and kettlebells while connecting to your strength. Look into our classes below.

30-Minute Killer Kettbells

Kettlebells provide a full-body workout requiring tremendous deep core engagement in order to build strength and burn fat.

Killer Kettlebells incorporates multiple muscle group coordination in dynamic motion in order to challenge the entire body from head to toe. Come curious, and leave transformed.

Train • Your • Way

Come train your way in our studio space, Monday-Thursday, 2-4PM. Use our heavyweights to build strength and support longevity. Enjoy a yoga practice with all the props you could need. Rest and restore in our NormaTec boots.

Open Gym provides a space for you to move, sweat, and connect with your body on your own terms. This is free for All-Access Members, or a $10 drop in.

Yoga STRENGTH

Sweat • Endure • Strength

This heated Yoga STRENGTH class utilizes the foundation of intelligent alignment and is designed to fatigue muscles through strength training progressions mixed with active recovery. You have the ability to lift heavy in these classes in order to build muscle, support bone density, maximize caloric burn, boost resting metabolic rate, melt away fat, and balance hormones. A unique offering only found at Ohana Yoga + Barre, enjoy both strength and suppleness in this full-body offering. Classes are heated up to 90-degrees.
