Our online yoga classes come in two varieties. You can join us for a live class at a specific time that's filmed as you watch. You won't be on camera but you'll see the teacher on your screen and they'll know that you're logged in and practicing.
On the other hand, our on-demand classes are pre-recorded and can be watched at any time. These classes can't be pre-scheduled but can be accessed at any time!
Heck yes, we do! We are a members-only studio which means that you need to purchase the All-Access membership in order to get access to our in-studio classes. If you're thinking this is the direction you want to go but aren't sure quite yet, try our New Student $99 special. You'll get all the perks of an All-Access member for just $99.
To drop-in to an online class, it's just $15. However, the most cost-effective way to practice with Ohana is to purchase our Ohana Online subscription. You'll get access to ALL our on-demand classes and live classes for just $39 a month.
You don't need props, but they're great to have. We like to think of props as tools to support your practice. Blocks allow you to bring the ground closer to you, a strap extends the length of your arms, and a bolster will give you extra support as you find rest in a pose.
The Ohana shop has all the props you could need for your barre or yoga practice so go check it out and get the tools you need to support your practice.
If you practice with us in the studio, props are provided for you, including a mat to use!

Yes, Momma, we do! During this exciting time in your life, it can be hard to know what's safe for you and your growing child. With our prenatal classes, we keep your changing body in mind and will give you direction on how to modify poses so that they are the most comfortable for you. Many of our regular classes will offer modifications to fit your prenatal needs too.
Heck yes, Momma! The after-birth experience can be a difficult one to navigate which is why we created our postnatal classes. Come learn how to rebuild your deep core and reconnect with yourself after giving birth. While many of our classes will provide postnatal modifications, these postnatal classes are a great place to start.

We started offering an online Yoga Teacher Training in October of 2020. You now have the power to get the YTT experience on your own schedule. We meet 2x a week via Zoom and the rest of the course materials are done on your own time.
