  • Auto-Pay memberships require a 30-day WRITTEN cancellation notice via email to info@ohanayoga.com. You will receive confirmation upon receipt along with your final payment date.
  • *The 30-day policy is based off of your membership billing date. We must obtain your request to cancel 30-days prior to your final payment date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All Auto-Pay and Monthly Memberships are eligible for our hold program. You may place your membership on hold one time per calendar year for a maximum of three (3) months or ninety (90) days. Membership holds are charged a $30 hold fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Membership Cancellations & Holds

All Auto-Pay Memberships are eligible for our hold program. You may place your membership on hold one time per calendar year for up to 90-days total. Please send a WRITTEN hold notice via email to info@ohanayoga.com. A $30 Auto-Pay fee will automatically be charged to your account.

Class Cancellation Policy

All Group Fitness classes and Little Lychees visits require a 15-minute cancellation notice through either our online scheduling portal or by phoning the studio directly (303.495.5260). If a Group Fitness class or Little Lychees visit is cancelled inside of the 15-minute window, it is considered a late cancel and a charge of $5 will be made in addition to losing the class/ Lychees visit from your package, membership or drop-in fee. All members, guests and students must agree to the cancellation policy in order to attend Ohana Yoga + Barre. There will be no exceptions.
