What you tell yourself about yourself makes a difference. From our point of view, consciousness creates matter. First, we have idea -- those ideas then create physical things. Why should our bodies be any different?

Harness the power of strength-building AND your thoughts ... You'll be amazed to see what happens.

This practice has its way with us. We may think we This practice has its way with us. We may think we're just showing up to move, to breathe a little, sweat a little, but it ends up teaching us so much more. Like: How ✨ To ✨ Take ✨ Up ✨ Space

Almost all postures ask us to be bigger and take up more space. Whether it's reaching out through our fingertips in Warrior Two, or up to the sun in Mountain Pose, or stretching out into space in Half Moon... Our poses want all of us.

What we may observe, especially in the early years of practice, is that we feel uncomfortable fully stretching out. We hold back. We feel hesitant to express freely. Why? Because we've been taught to be small in every way.

But over time, our practice will ask us to remember how to be big, with more daring shapes and heartful nudges. It will guide us through that discomfort with deeper breaths.

It's inevitable. Our practice takes us along for a ride, and on the way, expands our sense of self. It teaches us how to be big, how to be bold, and not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually... It's all coming, if we simply keep showing up.

This year, we're looking for meaning. But we'll on This year, we're looking for meaning. But we'll only find it in one direction: inward.⠀
⠀
Our Yoga Teacher Training program focuses on your personal growth + awareness just as much as learning to teach asana. You'll end the program connected to your voice, and a deeper sense of self.⠀
⠀
It gets better though: this program is 100% online, and you get to do the majority of it on your own time. Other than our live sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings, where we bond and dive deeper, you accomplish this training when it's convenient for you. No rush, no pressure.⠀
⠀
We're now enrolling, and a beautiful group has already started to come together. Will you join us?⠀
⠀
While this program is directed by @alyssa.manny and @devonnbarrow — we have a range of guest teachers with incredible and diverse experience. To be announced soon 😍⠀
⠀
If you have questions about YTT, feel free to message us. head to the link in our bio for more info on the training, or to register!⠀
