Barre BURN is 50-minutes of challenge that combine the functional movement and orthopedic exercises of our classical Barre format with more arm work, MORE CORE work, and accessible cardio burst transitions to keep your heart rate in an effective fat burning range (55% to 70% of maximum heart rate).

In just 50-minutes you’ll get a full-body workout, build a sweat, and maybe wish you didn’t show up to your mat today, that is, until the class is over and the feeling of victory washes over you. Whether you need to burn some stress, burn some fat, or just love the feeling of a workout that you know is creating changing inside of you (Mentally and physically), Barre BURN is the perfect class for you.
