Conscious Living: Wholeness Part 3

When we buy into the illusion of separation, we cast out the shameful parts of ourselves. We exile our imperfections and flaws to reiterate the feeling of being incomplete. But wholeness means that we invite ALL parts of ourselves into the warmth of our self-love.

This week, we integrate the parts of ourselves that we have separated from our attention. We welcome them back home with compassion and kindness to cultivate wholeness.
