As we come out of the season of giving we have to remember that we are always in a season of receiving if only we are open to them. The need to keep moving and be at high speed often means that we miss out on the chance to be open to something new. Our yoga practice allows us to slow down. It gives the space to practice the art of receiving so that we can do it in our day-to-day life too.
